U.S. Export Compliance

Southwest Microwave, Inc. recognizes its responsibility under US law to control the export of our products. Export from the USA and re-export by distributors may be banned to certain countries, individuals and entities. Banned countries are Syria, Sudan, Iran and Cuba and North Korea. Banned individuals and entities can be found on the various "Lists To Check" linked below and will change from time to time.

If you have any reason to suspect that a prospective customer might be banned, please check the list before working with that customer. All orders will be screened again at our factory. If you have reason to believe that a prospective customer should be on the list, please let us know and we will notify the proper authorities.
