Export from the USA and re-export by distributors may be banned to certain countries, individuals, and entities. SMI will not export, re-export, transfer, or provide products, technical data, or services—directly or indirectly—to US sanctioned countries.
Current Sanctioned / Prohibited or Restricted Destinations Include:
Banned countries are Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, North Korea, Syria, Yemen, and countries with significant sanctions are Russia, Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), Sudan, & Venezuela.
Restrictions apply to:
Direct shipments, indirect shipments through distributors or third countries, re-exports, technical data transfers, & services and support.

If you have any reason to suspect that a prospective customer might be banned, please check these lists before working with that customer. All orders will be screened again at our factory. If you have reason to believe that a prospective customer should be on the list, please let us know and we will notify the proper authorities.
